She will send you on various missions throughout the game as you take control of either Vent or Aile who lost their parents in a Maverick attack and are the only survivors. The original leader went missing so a girl named Prairie too over. Has worked hard to keep the humans safe from Mavericks but a group called the Guardians do their own bidding for justice. Innerpeace aka Inner was a safe place for humans to live while Outlands aka Outer was where it is very dangerous. The peace was short-lived in many areas so the world was divided into two places. Humans have come to develop bodies similar to reploids and reploids have been given finite lifespans and thus closing the gap between humans and reploids.
Story Many years after the events of Megaman Zero, humans and reploids have learned to live together in peace.
